What happens if the arena doesn't confirm my booking?
Your payment is held until the arena confirms. If the arena declines, you're refunded in full and we can suggest another slot. If they don't respond in time, our team steps in to sort it out.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. How much of the court fee you get back depends on how early you cancel: [CANCELLATION TIERS — confirm]. If the arena cancels, you get a full refund.
Can I make money from my regular slot?
Yes. Claim the slot your squad already pays for, and once the arena confirms it's yours you can open a set number of spots to the public at your own price. Players pay upfront, and the money is released to your wallet after the game. Paid spots aren't refunded if someone doesn't show up.
How do I get money out of my wallet?
Withdraw to your Nigerian bank account from the app. Withdrawals start from ₦1,000, have no fee, and usually arrive in 1–3 business days. Every withdrawal needs your wallet PIN.
